Like our jerk chicken, our curry mutton is marinated for at least twenty-four hours. It is then cooked to perfection: tender and tasty to the very last bite. Cooked on the bone for the best in flavour, it is a delightful balance of heat and spice. A very popular choice at all our fine food markets.

It’s finally here! Tender to the bite, our delicious oxtail comes full of flavour in a thick, spicy gravy with added butterbeans. Like our legendary curry goat, this is another standout dish for that extra special culinary experience.

A signature Jamaican dish popular both as part of a breakfast or as a main at dinner time. The texture and taste of the ackee combined with our very own salted fish, make these two perfect bedfellows. With added red peppers, tomatoes, onions and spices, the dish speaks for itself.

If you’re liking your Caribbean style fish, feel sure to be excited by our brown stew fish. We’ve taken filleted white fish (Pollack) and coated it in Caribbean all-purpose seasoning and cornflour. This then sits submerged in a spicy tasty gravy with a liberal sprinkling of tenderly cooked onions, red/green peppers and carrots.

Flavoured in exactly the same way as our ackee and satlfish dish, the fish is replaced with crispy fried tofu and we promise you can be sure to receive an on par experience. Suitable for vegans.
