If you’re liking your Caribbean style fish, feel sure to be excited by our brown stew fish. We’ve taken filleted white fish (Pollack) and coated it in Caribbean all-purpose seasoning and cornflour. This then sits submerged in a spicy tasty gravy with a liberal sprinkling of tenderly cooked onions, red/green peppers and carrots.
Comes with plantain and coleslaw.

Ingredients:
Pollack (white fish), onion, red/green pepper, carrot, scotch bonnet pepper, garlic, dried thyme, Caribbean all-purpose seasoning, cornflour, tomato, tamari, tomato puree, brown sugar, vinegar, vegetable stock, salt, pepper.
